Letter to Ed - mothers with increased brain power

Way to go Moms!

I was reading a great report today  headed ‘ How becoming a mother can boost your brainpower’ as reported by the dailymail.co.uk. It claimed that women who are pregnant tend to lose a bit of brain power as their brains refigure themselves for the upcoming boost they require. It went on to say, ‘..according to scientists, giving birth supercharges brain power to equip women for the challenge of rearing their child.

Having a baby produces a sudden surge of memory and learning ability that makes them more vigilant and alert...’

So women that have babies have better brains! Well my wife has 5 kids which would make her beautiful and a genius and probably explain why she’s always right....hmm..

The Kiwi Party promotes strong families and marriage and encourages moms and dads to raise great kiwi kids, we know mom’s are smart, determined and take on more than their fair share without so much as a complaint. Well the Kiwi Party is here to support the timeless Kiwi value of family . Perhaps we should be asking those moms with all the brainpower what they think about most parties in government telling them how to raise their kids with the anti-smacking legislation by voting on election day for the Kiwi Party....  if being pregnant makes the brain slow right down there must be a storks nest over parliament with some of the anti-family legislation that spews out of that place. Vote for change and strong Kiwi families – vote KIWI.
