Letter to the Editor - I want to be a Prostitute

When I grow up I want to be a Prostitute. Ever heard that? Me neither. The fundamental shift from a moral base to an amorally based society will always necessitate that we are a commodity, without purpose, an evolved accident – no wonder suicides are up. It has been argued that prostitution helps families because the mother can generate funds (or daughters, sons or father ) to cover extra costs. Take the example of the primary school teacher who took on a night job up North. Reality shows most men that engage a prostitute are family men, so it encourages the breakdown of their family. Clearly it is their choice. In school I studied the service trade of woodwork. We went out to building sites to get some hands on experience. Prostitution is now a service trade, so perhaps young boys and girls who are aspiring prostitutes could visit a brothel and get a feel for the industry, maybe even line up a job. Can you imagine school guidance counsellors saying, ‘ Well Sally, you’ve got a fine figure but not much brain up there – I think you’d make a great prostitute. Here’s a brochure and a video presentation – see what you think. The money is great and with your parents losing everything in that finance company recently I bet they could use your help. You don’t need training, you could start Monday as soon as you turn 18. In fact conveniently I’m setting up my own brothel on the side of this guidance job!’ Why not brothels at universities to fund student loans? and what happens when you go into WINZ looking for help, everyone is qualified to be a prostitute – the answer to the end of welfare. There are consequences, govt promote safe sex and watch STD rates skyrocket. What we don’t tell kids is condoms don’t prevent STDs. This is not an economic issue, it is a moral issue where we are selling our youth, our poor and robbing them of their dignity.

The Kiwi Party stands firmly against the legalisation of Prostitution. Join me - Vote Kiwi.

FW: Letter to Ed - Racism?

My mind spins to think we can still have people with so much time on their small hands that they spend it trying to keep the PC culture alive. In response to the attacks on Nationals Lockwood Smith may I say – grow up. The Oxford dictionary states racism as; 1.the belief that there are characteristics, abilities, or qualities specific to each race.2. discrimination against or antagonism towards other races.

If we take the first definition then most of us are racists – we would agree that Kenyan’s have proven themselves to be exceptional runners over long distance, an ability you could say or characteristic. You could say that dark skinned people in general have a tendency to be faster over shorter distances (100m world record holders for example). Light skinned people seem to handle the cold better (a skin quality perhaps?). Stating the facts is not discrimination it is the observation of reality. Are we that blinded by being PC to believe that all people are equal in all things? It is just not reality. Equal opportunity? Yes. What happened to celebrating our differences? Life is too short to spend it trying to find something wrong with everyone around you. This is the sort of behaviour that distracts us from real issues in politics – the childish bickering of grown men and women. Leadership requires that you face reality, deal with it and produce solutions – not more problems. Kiwis are better than the PC world that has been created in this country. Vote for change.

Letter to Ed..lest we forget

Dear Ed,

Lest we forget...

I want to urge Kiwis to be very aware of the battle over the economy in the political forum. It appears to be the perfect smoke screen. Don’t get me wrong, it is important to find a solution. We all want to work towards a better economy, we must remember that the lack of foresight and preparation over the years of plenty are at the root of our current position. But let’s not forget what legislation has been passed by our leaders without our consent behind the scenes. The Greens anti smacking legislation was passed mostly by Labour and National against approx 86% opposition by Kiwis! It must be an election issue. The Kiwi Party leader Larry Baldock has led the petition against it and Kiwis want change! The electoral finance act, the prostitution reform act, civil unions was even pushed through against Kiwi opinion. The foreshore and seabed legislation, the list goes on. Let’s not forget the promises millions in profits Labour promised through Kyoto, the Kiwi Party will pull out – it’s a farce and about to cost us taxpayers billions ( the politicians responsible will be long retired with a six figure annual package by then, paid again by us). The emissions trading scheme and carbon credits is killing the food supply in third world countries and dumbfounding anyone trying to understand the credits including those who fumbled it together. So what happens when China buys 80% of New Zealand’s carbon credits and land locks most of the country to any kind of alternative use? Lest we forget that Kiwis are quite capable and should be consulted by Parliament on critical issues affecting this generation and the next. This election consider giving your vote to your voice – the Kiwi Party. There is a real alternative.

but because of the people who don't do anything about it."

Letter to Ed - mothers with increased brain power

Way to go Moms!

I was reading a great report today  headed ‘ How becoming a mother can boost your brainpower’ as reported by the dailymail.co.uk. It claimed that women who are pregnant tend to lose a bit of brain power as their brains refigure themselves for the upcoming boost they require. It went on to say, ‘..according to scientists, giving birth supercharges brain power to equip women for the challenge of rearing their child.

Having a baby produces a sudden surge of memory and learning ability that makes them more vigilant and alert...’

So women that have babies have better brains! Well my wife has 5 kids which would make her beautiful and a genius and probably explain why she’s always right....hmm..

The Kiwi Party promotes strong families and marriage and encourages moms and dads to raise great kiwi kids, we know mom’s are smart, determined and take on more than their fair share without so much as a complaint. Well the Kiwi Party is here to support the timeless Kiwi value of family . Perhaps we should be asking those moms with all the brainpower what they think about most parties in government telling them how to raise their kids with the anti-smacking legislation by voting on election day for the Kiwi Party....  if being pregnant makes the brain slow right down there must be a storks nest over parliament with some of the anti-family legislation that spews out of that place. Vote for change and strong Kiwi families – vote KIWI.

Taxpayer funding for parties finalised

Ok so a party that I didn't vote for gets the benefits of my taxes to preach a message I don't want to hear or support.
The marketing of a party is paid for by voters.
Government introduce the Electoral Finance Act so we cannot support our leaders and share our opinions by way of free speech in a public forum and they then take millions from us to advertise themselves - but not proportionately based on the action of the people who support them currently, but on the number of seats they occupied last election.
So parties get in, run their own agenda against their voters (labour, united future), but still receive the support they were given last election before we saw how they backtracked on their promises. Go democracy.

Taxpayer funding for parties finalised

10/10/2008 11:24:24

The Electoral Commission has finalised the amount of taxpayer money allocated to the political parties for the election campaign.

Labour and National will both get $1 million. The Green Party, New Zealand First and the Maori Party each get $246,000. ACT, United Future and the Progressives will each receive $102,000.

Seven parties, which are not in Parliament, have been allocated just over $10,000 each.

The traditional party political broadcasts get their first airing tonight, with Labour and National outlining their campaign messages.

ok I was grumpy

There is nothing worse than pretenders. If you are a communist just admit it and believe in what you secretly carry on doing anyway. Life is to short to pretend to be something else.

I heard some great news in the States this morning from one of my many newsletters - the US has stopped it's gold coin mint! Everyone is watching the dollar die and are trading in for gold coins, well not anymore.

Labour and the Greens can jump

Labour can jump. They've had 9 years of ballsing up this country's finances over some of the most fortunate times of the century and now they want to give advice! Do us a favour - jump.
Greens can jump too if they think we need to cut down our water consumption with shorter showers by controlling what types of water heating Kiwis can use - GET OUT OF MY LIFE! Go jump. We live on an island surrounded by water! Their issue is with electricity - so what programs are the Greens backing that uses monstrous amounts of electricity? jump.

the minor party debate

I can't even find a photo with all the minor parties!
National is the lesser evil they say in NZ this election. Labour has shown their true colours of socialist policy, undermining family and people's intelligence in general. A marxist collective hiding under a cloak of feminimisn, Socialism, Liberation at the expense of reality and some would argue communist ideals.
It could be said that National has the economic man at the front for these times and we will hope that is the case but let us not forget that a government that pretends to acknowledge a democracy while ignoring the voice of its people is no better regardless of their policy.

The minor party debate of MMP is raging as to its future existance and effectiveness in representing the people - that is what politics should be about...shouldn't it?
Ontario has recently rejected the use of MMP and I would applaud them. MMP is a good system If the parties voted in are required to be accountable to the policy they were voted in on. If the candidates they stand are chosen by the people.
Many are aware that under MMP a party is voted in and they choose their candidates, their representation and are allowed to work in with any other party and compromise on all or any of the policies they professed to stand for to get voted in by the people. That is blatant deception and there needs to be a system of accountability.
The concept of introducing representation from all walks of a nation is relevant to today's society and an inclusive one at that - probably not a bad idea, we believe in representation and I'm happy to hear from all walks of life..key word hear, not jump. We don't need the tail wagging the dog, but it is the limp wristed democracy of 'stand for nothing' in the west that's to blame, not the people and parties taking advantage of the West's failure to stand for anything with conviction.

Minor parties need to make themselves heard this election. The Kiwi Party, Act and the Family Party need to make themselves heard of National (Labour in drag as I've heard them called) will no doubt run the same dictatorship we are trying to escape from.
The move of Labour and National to cut out the minor party debate is arrogant, out of line, and far exceeding the power they have been authorised with by the people. Who do they think they are that they would assume themselves above the other leaders we the people have voted in to compete! Hey play your games if you like in this short life, just don't use my money and try to change the rules I live by. And its not just happening here..
